Catech Specialises in the repair, manufacture, and refurbishment of various makes and models of Mining Machinery and their components.

Our state-of-art equipment allows us to Manufacture and Repair Specialized Mining Machinery components that many of our competitors are unable to do. We can state with pride that Catech can design and Manufacture Durable Certified Water Bowsers from 30 000 Ltr up to 85 000 Ltr Bowsers. Catech also designed and certified our own fully hydraulic, 360-degree rotational tyre handlers and Cable Reelers.

Factory

Our 8,000m² facility includes four dedicated workshops — boiler making, manufacturing, mechanical, and machining — allowing us to streamline our operations and deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Technicians and Staff

Our skilled teams include qualified welders, boilermakers, and technicians who ensure all components are repaired or manufactured to precise OEM specifications and quality standards.

Job Cards and Documentation

All project-related documents are securely stored on an electronically linked server for easy access. We provide detailed job records, photos, and documentation for every repair stage, and can supply client data books or videos upon request.

Traceability and Transparency

Each project is fully traceable through detailed job cards, PDF documentation, and photographic records, with optional video documentation and data packs available for major projects.

Accountability

Every component or machine undergoes a rigorous 10-stage sign-off process before release, guaranteeing safety, quality, and complete project integrity.
